Elevate Your Energy: A Three-Week Series

While we often think of our yoga practice as a physical practice, the basis of asana (postures) is stimulating or raising the kundalini energy. In the practice of kundalini yoga, we use movement, mantra, breath, and sound to specifically stimulate the movement of the subtle body energy. Students can expect an energetic practice which can boost your energy and help you de-stress and some time (5-10 min) spent in meditation whether silent or with a mantra. You may have seen or heard that folks where white and/or cover their head during practice – this is not required (or recommended) here. Come as you are!
Note: This is a fundamentals class and will present some techniques from this lineage but will not cover everything.
What to Expect
