For some, the fourth Thursday in November is a food and gratitude centered holiday, for others it is a day of mourning. On November 28th, we will gather in community for a moment of silence and remembrance for the ancestors and the people whose land we are occupying followed by a Vinyasa-based class. This class will focus on mindful breath and movement to start your day with intention and awareness
All levels welcome.
Space donated by Court House Square.
