A class celebrating local, fresh and imported componants: Charcuterie (shahr-cute-uh-ree) boards include both fresh & aged delicacies from a variety of flavors such as sweet preprations (jams, honeys), acidic and salty items (olives, pickled veggies), fresh fruit, raw vegetables and of course all the lovely meats & cheeses that complete the experience!
Experience this hands-on class which includes nibbles and instruction while mastering the art of Charcuterie. Perfect for holiday parties or winter nights at home (while sipping on wine) with your friends & family. Adult beverages available for purchase!
